RECOMMENDED DAKSHINA RATES
The list of dakshina rates (remuneration) for payment to the Sabha Purohits is given below for the benefit of all Sabha members.The rates are considered to be minimal and members are urged to pay at least these amounts for the conduct of the ceremonies/pujas. The rates include ghattams in most cases, but do not include transport expenses. As such, members are requested to kindly make arrangements to fetch and send back the purohits, or compensate them adequately for their taxi fares.
